Parkrun Cornwall? Wish and it will be done...!

Recently bemoaned the fact that we seemed to be missing out on Parkrun in Cornwall. Well for anyone here in sunny (well I think I recognised it as sunshine, it's been so long) Parkrun on its way. RunCornwall, part of Cornwall Sports Partnership, is looking into setting one up and is looking for volunteers.... Better put my money where my mouth is as it were!!

Managed a good 5K in under 40 mins today, last run for a bit as it is surgery tomorrow but will be back to this mad, magnificent world of running as soon as it is humanly possible. Take care everyone and happy running.
