Parkrun done- feel better for it!

As you know I posted earlier this morning and was doubting my ability to do the parkrun. Well I did it of course and it was not as difficult as I thought. I also managed it without stopping. My time was the same as a few weeks ago. It's funny how because of a bad week I had convinced myself that I no longer had the stamina to run! Thanks to everyone for your encouragement. I don't think I would keep going without it. Particularly at times like now where I am struggling emotionally. Running is definitely good for the body and the mind. My run today really took my mind off things for a while. I find running with other people helps me keep going as well. Parkrun is the only time I do that. I have been trying to find a group to run with during the week. I have been on the Jog Scotland site but have not found a group yet with a day/time to suit me but I think that would help keep me motivated. Anyway thanks again to you all- you're a great bunch! x
