I've just done run 2 of week 2 and it's been fine. Had a little look at what's in store for week 3 and I find it a little daunting. At the end of the 90 second runs I'm ready for the walk. Running for the three minutes seems like quite a jump. Any advice welcome. Thanks.

Week 2 to week 3
I've just done run 1 of week 2 and like you have already looked to see what week 3 has in store. I just keep telling myself i've only got to do 90 secs and 3 mins twice that way it doesn't seem too daunting! Good luck
I had the same fear and read up other people's review on week3 and looked up the result of a poll here as to which week was toughest. Week 3 had very few ayes and with my confidence boosted, I went for W3 R1 the day before and had no issues with the doubled run time. Just go for it. I had so many people encourage me and tell me this programme works and so far it really looks like it does
After W2R2 I was rather dreading next week too, as I found it very difficult. But I've just done W2R3 this morning and felt great, so I'm all fired up for Saturday now! The doubling-up of running still worries me, but we can only try, right? And we might surprise ourselves! I guess we're the only ones putting pressue on ourselves, if we don't nail it first time around then we can reflect on how far we've come and just try again...
I was worried about that too , but trusted in Laura and the NHS , and made it through. Now I've just done week 4 run 1! You can do it!
Just finished week 3 and found it easier than week 2. Go for it! The difference for me was not going too fast. Pace yourself, you'll be fine.
