I have just completed week 2, after doing no exercise for years. I have really struggled this week and don't feel like it has become any easier. I have just looked at what is expected in week 3 and can't see how I can manage it as I am so out of puff after the week 2 sessions. Any ideas how to cope would be gratefully accepted.
Thanks

You might be running too fast. Try slowing right down. You've completed week 2 so you are ready for week 3. The programme is brilliantly created so that it gradually builds your stamina run by run. It isn't easy but then if it was everyone would be doing it!
You're doing brilliantly but keep going. If you feel you are struggling then you can repeat runs. There is no hurry to get through the programme and it is so worth it when you do 😊
I did week 1 at least twice so it is ok to re-do a week. I'll second what Irishprincess says though - slow and steady. You'll do it and it is a great feeling x
Keep going. My experience is that it never feels like it is getting easier because each week you are asking your body to do more. You see your progress when you look back at how far you have come. It is really worth doing so don't get disheartened and give up. If it helps, repeat week 2 before moving on. You can do this !!
