Delia ,flute, old girl, Legion, and all my old running buddies, lovely frosty morning here in Coventry, ran from home for forty minutes, started off with my own music following the route to that pesky hill and I did it 
its only taken since October trying it periodically ,it must have been the thing in the sky called sun coming up that spurred me on. Pat
