I've done something really stupid !

This morning I entered the ballot for the 2014 London Marathon.

Now that really was stupid ! I haven't even managed a half yet.....

Ha Ha!!! You know what, I was soooo tempted but controlled myself It's nice in my head to think I could do it but think I would pee myself if I got chosen

Its a long way off so plenty of time to start training... gulp!!

Didn't Malcy include a little line in one of his recent posts, that 'if you can run 6k, you can run any distance' ? So many good wishes flying your way .... now get out there and start the training ... eeeeek!

I won't know until October if I've got in so I'm not even going to think about it - will just aim to do a half in about October time I think. That leaves plenty of time to follow a training plan should it be necessary. I fell worn out just thinking about it !

I have a running friend who has just been diagnosed with MS and is having to walk with crutches. She is determined she will run again so I thought I should make an effort !
