I did it! Week 9 complete! I really can run for half an hour. Now to work on that 5k...
I'd like to thank everyone who posts in these forums. I haven't posted much myself but I have read a lot of your posts and have found them helpful. It was good to read about others experiencing the same obstacles as me and overcoming them.
Thanks all and, for those still working on it, keep going! You really can do it!

Congratulations and well done ... This must be THE week - sooo many new graduates! Planning to join the group tomorrow! Lots of luck with your future plans. Cheers Linda x
Thank you so much, have really appreciated all your amazing support. Love the pic of your running area....tooooo stunning! Have made a decision to complete my 9.3 a little drive away from home (a first!) Am heading to a fairly local canal-side park, where ParkRuns are routinely held! Will 'do' the course, just to see how big an adventure I have ahead of me to finish the 5ks - next mission post C25K!
Very very well done....you are an inspiration. Take it steady up to the 5k. I've gone mad after graduation and done too much too soon and am now having physio on a calf.
Congratulations and really well done Enjoy the 30 minutes run for a few days then try one of the other podcasts. I'm doing S&F which is great and SPEED which is mega hard...can't finish it at the moment, but I will keep trying
