As someone who never, ever ran before this programme, I'm just amazed I've gotten through! This forum has been really helpful and thanks to everyone on here for that. I was really nervous last night for some reason, but read some posts on here last night, which calmed me down and I had a great run today, fastest so far! I'll have withdrawal symptoms now so will start reading consolidation stuff now!! Good luck to everyone in the middle of the programme - if I got through, you will too!
