Hi everyone, I'm feeling guilty that I've started week 7 today but never posted. I can't believe that I've now completed two 25 min runs, I've found every run really hard but somehow managed to complete them all. Your supportive posts and my 'new best friend' Laura are what have kept me going.
I decided I really must post in the hope that anyone just starting C25K reads this and realises that they can do it too. I shall be 60 in May, I have never run before or been to a gym.
I shall continue to read all your posts to help me on my way to graduation ... I need all the support I can find. Thank you.
