Update

Hi everyone

As you know I've just joined the forum. My fibroscan was 21.8 kpa and my iqr/med 6.1%. I've had various health issues that have meant for the last decade I have been on paracetamol, codeine, ibuprofen, amitriptyline. I couldn't cope with statins although I tried a few. It was around that time I started putting on the weight. I had a spinal compression that unfortunately became a spinal cord injury incomplete. Doesn't always happen but did to me. Even before that I had various health issues, that I let other issues get in the way. I admit I comfort ate due to pain and trying to study at the same time as well as having work and family caring

Basically, it makes sense that what my specialist said my problems have built up over decades.

Just thought I would let you know a bit more about me.
