Week 4 NRC Volunteered at local Parkrun so I could run from Parkrun to the local war memorial a 10k run there and back with tea and cake after plus a lovely medal to add to my collection. My daughter bought a medal hanger for Father's Day getting a bit full now so will soon need another hanger.It was a good run with over 120 runners with money raised going to a ex Service Veterans Charity LEST WE FORGET
