I shall! The pizza run medal is one of 8 i believe.. joins together 2019 to 2026 like a jigsaw to make a whole pizza.. 🍕🏃♀️🤣.. i will be 59yrs old by then... lol wonder if i will be 5km by that tender young age ...🤔

Hi it's the pink stripe shirt ( new design, not long out ) its a good fit... i used their sizing guide and went by my chest size to gauge which shirt to purchase.
Saturday was a great day and its one full year since my 1st ever parkrun too.. so I'm well chuffed.. esp as I'm now running on hills where i live .. so I'm finding it tough going when out " training ".. not a clue what I'm doing...just picking things from audio fuel to do... what's next.. who knows? Thank you. I wanted the orange one you can personalize but they didn’t offer a size guide for that one. By the way I’m 65 and just started 2 years ago but run 5k regularly and even some 10s (even though I said I never would!🤣). Still not fond of hills though. Keep aiming for a full pizza.

I’ll never get to a 30 min 5k but I’ve managed just under 33 and that’ll do. My 10k best is 1 hour 14 but everyone is different and the only comparison should be against what you’ve done before. There’s a plan on here it’s ‘ju-ju’s Magic plan’ and if you scroll to the bottom here you’ll find pinned posts so just click on ‘see all’. You can choose a plan to get to running for 60min or 10k. It just builds week by week like the C25K. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I'm 52yrs and making it all up.. having never ran ever .. our c25k group should've been joining a local runners group too just as lockdown hit.. so I'm missing my running buddies too.. some are running solo like me.. others sadly have given up.. and i totally get that.. I'm thankful that every other day I've got a "go to" to maintain my sanity.. and I've been looking for virtual runs too.. helps with motivation !
It's great to have found something that suits you, and makes you feel proud of yourself...we may be getting a bit older but we're also getting fitter and stronger 😀
