Getting Back on the horse!

unfortunately I haven’t been well for a couple of weeks and lost my MoJo all last week! Tonight was get back on the horse so to speak!! By running group are trailing a Jeffing Group ( walk run ). So we starting with run 30 sec walk 1:30! Yes it was hard but very do able! We did a bit of road and trail running which was lovely

Sorry to hear that you haven't been well. I was on the sick bed for two weeks but then made it back slowly but surely.

It’s always hard getting the will to go out there again! I can do park run this week for a change so that’s in the diary and Thursday with the club ! Next week I have a week in the sun in Tenerife!

helloooo..I think your mojo must’ve gone on a holiday with mine somewhere nice?!! Glad yours has returned, jeffing is great…gets you covering some mileage too…took me a while to get my head round it but it works…well done for getting back to it

it does work and it helps Improve your aerobic as well as anaerobic ! Just trying to run all the way improves aerobic but not anaerobic! I have found as daft as it seems it improves my overall distance and speed! I have run the whole 5k in the passed and my Jeffing speeds tends to be quicker lol
