A little over 6 weeks ago I bid you all a temporary farewell after my last run, as I faced major Neuro surgery. Your many kind messages were both encouraging and an incentive to be back here as fast as possible. Due to complications I am at present not able to run but will take great joy in following your journeys once again. It will be a great incentive to get back to the dream of putting on those trainers & heading out on my favourite coastal paths. Don’t forget to pack your trainers as you head out for your summer breaks.. Run while you can!! ☀️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃

🍏🤩 Thank you so much! Are you happy with your latest watch? Better than Apple??

VS1975 profile image
VS1975Graduate10 in reply toAnnieapple

Well I haven’t had the chance to use it properly yet! (Used once) I’ve had covid that lead to sinus/chest infection. So I blamed my Hubby for jinxing me 🤣

I do miss my Apple Watch esp to ping my phone when I can’t find it!

🍏Hope you are recovering ❤️‍🩹 sorry to hear that! Xx

Thank you. Slowly, I’ve managed 2 runs, one 3.7k the other 4.5k. Both were hard work, I’m not overdoing it, I know I’ll gradually build back to where I was.

Hope you’re enjoying the sunshine & getting better everyday too x

We are indeed! Saw a fox the other morning. There must be lots round here - I often notice them on my security camera when I’m checking footage. They look like ghostly dogs running across my drive at night! 😊
