Hi Runners!
I’ve been dipping in and out on here and in my running too! ☺️ But, I’ve not given up! For some unknown reason I seem to be able to get right into it once I’m out. Which feels kind of weird, as I usually picture myself having to gasp for air as a suitable response for not going out more. But it’s never as bad as I imagined. Today included.
I saw a great run on my Nike App called 90’s. It’s 9 intervals of 90 seconds, 3 at 5k pace, 3 at 10k pace and last 3 at 1k pace. Oh...with 90 seconds recovery in between (an important attraction!😉). It reminded me of the good old days of starting C25K, so I decided to give it a go. It’s my first run for a while, (Runs in August was pretty good, but Sept was shocking😂) so, I’m posting an update on here to let my buddy’s know I’m still around, still trying and still a runner! (Just!😉) ❤️
