Hot run by canal

I thought it was going to be nice windy sunny but cool run how wrong was ment to be a 8k run ended with just under 6k,was to warm and my pace was to quick so I'll just put it down to one of those runs and days

It’s tough when the weather isn’t quite what you thought it would be. Sounds like you made the best of it and had a great run anyway!

Basically set off to quick and started to feel the heat down by the canal. Only good thing I suppose is I got out for a run

Yes, we definitely need to slow up a bit in the warmer weather…and I think it does take a little time to adjust to warmer runs. No worries - it’s all miles in the legs, so well done for getting it done!🙂
