Finished work and decided to go for a run 🏃‍♂️ was a 6k run and was happy to get out after all the wind and rain and hail yesterday. Not a fast run and was surprised how warm it felt

Well done, so glad that you enjoyed your run today, indeed running can get you warm even though the temperature isn't too high.

Well done you on your run. It’s so great to get out into nature after all this rainy weather we’ve had isn’t it 👏👏👍🙋‍♀️x

Well done - and lucky you for missing the worst of the weather! I got wind and icy rain yesterday - and wasn’t prepared, so returned home looking very wet!!🤣☔️

Well done. I’m lucky to live close to a river and canal with a trail running parallel between the two. It is a gorgeous 7K out trail run and 7K return. It’s my favourite place to run. My Cocker Spaniel loves it too.

The canal is very close to work not home unfortunately but I'll be definitely running it more

DEFINITELY been told about this run and decided to run and will be going again. Luckily in calderdale we have a long stretch of canal and hills to run

Calderdale is lovely. One of my best friends is in Brighouse and another in Halifax. I really enjoy visiting! I’m sure I’ve walked most of that canal. It’s very pretty!
