Parkrun this morning at Lister Park and I've gone and done it broke the 30 minutes 5k barrier it's been a massive personal achievement I didn't think I'd get near it so happy

Halifax Shroggs Park is my local parkrun definitely more of a hilly run. Loved the birthday cake last weekend
