This morning I finally decided to move up a week to see how I got on. I surprised myself as I found the run relatively easy although I was slow. But most importantly I didn’t have any heel pain. So now I’ll wait till the end of the week before I go out again and I’ll do W4R2 and see if I can finally complete C25k again 🤣🤣🤣 🤞🤞🤞🤞🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️Happy running everyone or heal well 👏👏👏👏
