Yes you must sign up, and wow that’s quite some hedge clippings you got there.... I’m so glad the foot of this giant hedge mountain is in your sights..... β›° 🌳

Just watched the Great North Run on TV and am so glad that you are going to be a runner in next year's event. You should get your name in for it quickly and as soon as possible because thousands of people want to take part. I heard that 57,000 people registered, however, toward the end of the programme on BBC 1, the commentator announced that at the start of today's GNR there were 47,500 approxamately and by the time the runners got to the Tyne Bridge (less than 5K) the number had been reduced further to 43,000 app, these are interesting statistics, not sure if they are correct. Glad to hear that you have almost finished the hedge trimming and will be back into your Brooks again

Glad to hear the end of your hedge marathon is nearly in sight, Tbae ! πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

The GNR sounds like a great aim for next year...but who’s going to do the hedge while you train?! 😳❀️

On reflection mountaindreamer,

you are so right, trapped on the gardening hamster wheel.πŸ™ˆ

Need to dismantle it or just flee to Munro country.πŸ€”

Take care of you.πŸ’₯πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’₯

Minimal training, just run twice per day x 21days and 42k/week, then 4th week and 22k/week.

Sorted.I am not going to pull

the trailer.πŸ™ˆπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Hope you are good πŸ’₯πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’₯

Hello my running friend! I have a hedge that needs some TLC too, but I’ll get a man with a set of big petrol strimmers to sort it out!!

Having done the 10k, I know a few of us are contemplating our next steps - GNR next year.....??? Hmmmmm depends if I can sort my foot issues out!

I hope you are managing to do the odd run tbae πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ
