This morning I finally decided to move up a week to see how I got on. I surprised myself as I found the run relatively easy although I was slow. But most importantly I didn’t have any heel pain. So now I’ll wait till the end of the week before I go out again and I’ll do W4R2 and see if I can finally complete C25k again 🤣🤣🤣 🤞🤞🤞🤞🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️Happy running everyone or heal well 👏👏👏👏

Fantastic news! The mental side of coming back from injury is so hard, isn’t it! Hooray for no heel pain and long may that continue. ❤️

Thank you. It’s the lack of patience for me I just want to be out there especially when the weather is so good. Heel still feels ok tonight so I think I might be on the way back.
