Hi everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve posted. I really do not do hot weather running, so very happy the temperatures are heading back down to normal, whatever that is!! It’s been 5 weeks since I’ve managed a jog!, so was prepared to do just 10 or 15 mins and see how I feel. I do walk regularly though, so I set off really slow to give it a go. The toxic ten went by, keeping to a slower than normal pace I plodded on, feeling good, 3km done, then 4 and finally 5, finished in a time 4 minutes slower than my usual time. I know I’ve got a way to go to get my fitness back, but really happy I got out there.
photos of our lovely seafront, kite surfers happy today too.

Nice to see you back again Tetleyteagirl , I was waving at you from the Billy Trail last week. I was surprised at how warm it was then. But no wind, no rain, no complaints.
Hi Dexy5, good to hear you’ve been on Billy track recently, some shade in parts isn’t there. The council are going to be doing some resurfacing of the track from top end to Esso garage part sometime soon. Good to hear from you. 😊
