I’ve been trying the ‘go even slower than you think’ thing and it seems to be working. The daft thing is I don’t seem to be going much slower but mentally it helps 😂😂
Did Parkrun No4 today, a very good mate ran with me both this week and last week so I’ve now ran 100% of 3 out of 4 of my park runs. Super happy with that!
Also super happy today that where my Garmin puts my heart rate into ‘zones’ today I was mostly in zone 4 with equal amounts of time in both 3 and 5(highest one) where as on run No2 I was almost solely in zone 5. So very very chuffed with that.
So thanks people for all the advice - so appreciated 😁😁
I’ve said I’ll do Ju-Ju’s next magic 10 so the next stage of my running is commencing. Kind of excited, who knew!
