Where to start? back to work, new boss, life changing

So as I’m not working full hours yet and Willow has gone to a music thing Jo and I decided to go along the river, left work at 2.30 and met Jo at 3, I’d made a cup of tea in a lidded cup but forgot to take it!

Sky blue, nice breeze, we walk and Jo walks quick, we talked, we ran a bit, it’s flipping lovely to be out!

7k later back at cars, home again, put dinner on, feet up and chill.

Work again in the morning and weekend off, Im buzzing 😀

It was so lovely being out, going back to work and stuck in meetings today meant i barely saw the outside, so it was just lovely to walk and run a bit in shorts and little teeshirts feeling the breeze and sun on our arms

It’s rough stony and tufty grass so not good for fast running but running alongside the river with the refreshing water is lovely
