So! Saturday 10k, Sunday 5k, Tuesday 5k trails, um when are we going to fit in a short run?

Jo finished work at 3pm and raced off to sort the horse out, I finished work at just before 4pm, home to wait to hear from Jo.
Text came 10 minutes, so off we went,
Walked round the park still not here, round again, I’m getting cold so Willow and I decided to set off so we ran.
Jo and her little dog arrived, after a quick greeting we all ran together, Willow ran on ahead Jo in the middle and me bringing up the rear wondering what on earth i was doing.
We takes we laughed we ran and then we stopped. Willow went back to the car Jo and I walked round again and at just under 3k decided that was just enough after a busy day.
It was almost dark with no street lights so not wanting to fall over something we came home.
It’s all k’s on the legs and Jo is still enjoying running, someone else from work was asking about it but said she’d be embarrassed, I’ve agreed when she’s ready I will run run 1of week 1 with her, I might have to retire just to fit running in.
