Another run this morning, my C25k W3R3 Zombie version, report over here healthunlocked.com/couchto5... but more importantly, I put all my runs into RUNLEJOG and I am soooooo close!!

Only 15 miles to go!!!

This is so special, as it was the first virtual run I signed up for as a new runner, and yes, it took me over a year, but slow and steady does it!

I’m going to get that medal after all!!!
