π I almost forgot about my snazzy postcard! And second outing of my jazzy vest, and a run in super-gloomy looking forest, picture taking through the pocket window!
π Ran 5k this morning, but due to me taking it really, really slow (due to knee niggles) my usual 5k took 1 min longer than I have ever run! π. Tadaaaah! Runkeeper then awards me with a personal best! I like Runkeeper!
ππ»ββοΈIt was also a run of the Magic Plan. It took me three runs to check off the first two, a 2.5k, a 4.5k and today a 5k. Sat or Sunday: 5.5k here I come!
Happy running everyone!

Well done CBDB congratulations on the 100 mile postcard!ππ I hadnβt thought of taking photos through the plastic pocket window on the Freetrain. Iβll give it a try over the weekendπ Good luck with the Magic Planππ€
Yes, pictures are not perfect but they do have an eerie quality. I unbutton the holder, let it flap down and then take a pic! Rather fun than good quality! π
Way back in the heady days of LeJog4. So I knew I was slow and my target from the start was to get to 333km, so Iβm on track to reaching above my target but nowhere near being able to finish. But so much fun!!!
You're on the distance version now of MP? Well done! And le jog too, I'm impressed. After getting to 60 mins earlier this week I'm in a bit of a dither about what next, but I'll sort it. Enjoyπ
Yes, I seemed to have inadvertently extended my runs to 60min whilst trying to achieve my 5k! (I am ultra slow). So after getting some advice, the best thing to move forward was to do the distance version and ignore the time every run takes. And am enjoying being on a program again.
Yes, just about dip my toes in but Iβll be keeping on running with all my VRBβs on the bridge too, really enjoying all your workout reviews, Iβm going to need to up my strength work if Iβm going to run further ππ€
