Another 10k in the bag

Well super proud of myself again today as I did another 10k!! Wind was against me and my time was a few minutes slower than my last 10k but a run is a run and I’m happy with my effort today as I could of very easily talked myself out of it, but I didn’t think about it just got up and went for it 🏃‍♀️👏🏻💪🏻

It’s really hard running in to the wind - but well done for getting out there today and completing another 10k.🙂👍I ran yesterday so will be out again tomorrow - hoping to dodge the rain that has been forecast!🙂

Ok I needed this and got it, I will do my 60 min run tomorrow. I know I will feel great after doing it, it's just my mind battles with me too. I will just get up and go as you did😀
