I didn’t make the JuJu October 10k but so happy that today I did it, I can’t quite believe it!!!! It’s been 10 months since starting and couldn’t run to catch a bus. I’m a bit evangelical about C25K now and have converted and inspired a few. This is so good for my health. I don’t post here much but do check in to read everyone’s posts and couldn’t have done it without all you VRBs on here. Going to celebrate with a long shower and then a cuddle with my new grandson. Life couldn’t be better. Oh and down to target weight too, running just keeps on giving!! I hope everyone is having a good day too 🏃♀️🏃♀️🤸♂️🤸♂️👏👏🤪🤪
10k in the bag - sooooo happy: I didn’t make... - Bridge to 10K
10k in the bag - sooooo happy
Wow well done Aspire24, that’s a big deal! Huge congratulations. 🎉🎉🎉
You need to claim your badge now. Badges are as good as the runs themselves I think. 🏅😍 There’s a pinned post on here, just ask. 😄
Brilliant news well done, enjoy the cuddle 😀
Excellent and many congratulations to you on your 10K and also on your weight loss and getting to your goal weight. I’ve got to 5 lbs off my goal weight a few times recently. After a family reunion and a family wedding recently which was a week long party similar to Christmas I’m 9 lbs off my goal weight now. So I’m back on the healthy bus again.

Thank you. My task now is maintenance 🙄 and always feel hungrier in the winter but life’s too short to be too strict so you’ll be going in the right direction now I’m sure 👍
Thanks. I’ve lost the guts of 2 stone in the past year and I feel great. So already a win. I just want to shift that last bit and reach my healthy BMI target. I’m at that stage where people tell me I don’t need to lose anymore, but I know I do and I want to. The last 7 lbs is harder to shift than I thought. It will be my goal for early 2020. Starting to shift weight again now.
I’ve got a pesky last 7lbs to go too! I’ve lost 2 st in just over 18 months but not lost anything further for months. Running makes me hungrier and I need to make sure I eat enough to run! I’m thinking I’ll keep the 7lbs on to keep me warm over winter and try again to lose it in spring
Well doine Aspire24 ...this post will also inspire many other people too i'm sure. What a great start to the week...and a cuddle with your new Grandson sounds perfect 😀
Thank you. Kids are asking when I’m going to do a half marathon now🤪. Never say never but I only ever wanted to run 5k and 10k is to try and improve my PR speed🤞. It’s all a bit addictive though😂
Fantastic. Well done 🏅
Congratulations on that 10k... and especially well done getting other people started on a journey to health & fitness. Keep up the all round great work... soon that grandson will be watching and learning too.
Congratulations on your 10k you should be so proud.

Well done. What a lovely post. I’m not surprised you have inspired others to become C25Kers, your enthusiasm comes through in bucket loads. Congratulations on your new grandson. Enjoy all those lovely cuddles. 👏👏👏😘

Fab, well done Aspire24...what a year you're having 🎉, running 10K and a new Grandson, lucky lady 😊🏃♀️👶
Feeling good, long may it last as early 50s weren’t so healthy, if only I’d found C25K earlier!
