Well after a few weeks off with groin strain, yesterday I managed another 10K. Trying to keep to zone 2 so was pretty slow, but I did it. Now feel ready for my first official 10K on Sunday

Glad that you enjoyed your 10K run after your groin injury, Chris, I ran my first 10K last week, good luck for your first official 10K this coming Sunday, I'll run another few unofficial 10k runs before I think of entering an official 10K event.
