First 10K in the bag this morning

Really proud to have achieved this run. Started in April this year on the C25K as a total non runner. Crazy to think I could hardly manage 60 seconds at the start. Must thank everyone from C25K, the forum and my mentor ‘Michael’ for all the help. Now time to maintain and improve...also need to buy new running shoes as well 😁
