I was supposed to be walking, but it was a sunny day, and I had miles to cover, so I did a very slow 10 mins, walked 3 mins, and ran again. Completely wrongly dressed for running (walking boots and jeans, with a backpack which I stuffed my extra layers in to as they came off) and can’t say I enjoyed it per se, but I’m enjoying having done it!

I think I’ve got my first ever chilblain. What’s that about? Hope it heals soon.

Good for you. Shingles is supposed to be really painful. I’ve heard recently of so many people with it, no idea if it’s on the increase.

Hope the chilblain disappears soon ☹️

You don't believe in making it easy for yourself! Cracking stuff. My mum used to tell me not to sit too close to the fire or I'd get chilblains. I had no idea what they were at the time😁Hope yours is better soon.
