Hello and welcome everyone reading this post.

Another Personal Record broken this week (distance).

Run1 Tuesday 50mins Easy jog - 7.18k nice steady run, no problems to report.

Run2 Thursday 50mins Tempo Run - 7.79k it was much easier than last time, I have to say. Still same idea:

5mins warm up jog + 20mins Tempo hard run + 5mins slow jog + 15mins Tempo hard run + 5mins cool down.

I think I started to learn how to spread energy evenly for the Tempo, so I don't feel sick or out of it completely at the end.

Run3 today (my favourite!) Long Run 90mins........I managed to do 13.43k!!! And 170m elevation gain.

I am sooo soooo happy!

I chose same route as last week, when I was doing 8mile run. So first 4k was constant uphill, then flat, then downhill with bits of flat. Oddly enough I felt great all way through! I think the reason for it is basically that I ran this route before, I knew it and I could prepare better mentally. I had no anxiety before the run. I knew I could do it, as I did it before - it changes everything in my head! It was not an impossible task anymore.

It may seem cliché, but it is true what they say - mindset is half of success.

Hope everyone had great week! And see you all next week with (hopefully) report of 10mile run 🙊

Well done, I find it better if I plan my runs in advance and I just go steady and live for the moment, looks like we both run at roughly the same pace.

Keep running, keep smiling
