Week 2 completed!
Run 1 was 30mins Easy jog and I covered 4.57k on road which is more than I did last week. I did took it nice and steady.
Run 2 is 40mins Easy jog and I decided to run in the woods as the weather was just perfect to do so. I found new local trail, that I was not aware about before and absolutely loved the run (hopefully photo downloads and you can see how lovely it looks). The distance I managed was 5.56k as there was a few hills and I did not wanted to stop whilst running so just took it really slow uphill.
Run 3 I just came back from 🙂 2miles at a slightly faster pace (time 19min41s).
So far so good and no problems to solve. Overall very pleasant week.
Unfortunately, I noticed today that I put on weight.... so I think it is time to rid of pizzas again 🤣
