Gait query

Just coming to the end of "lifetime" of first pair of Ghost 13s. Does a runner"s gait change over time, or do I need to check it again before buying shoes no.2? I was assessed as neutral and am more than happy with the Ghosts.

A runners gait analysis might change through time, when you buy new shoes it will be advisable to get another gait analysis to make sure feel comfortable with the new shoes.

If you’ve had no problems with them and you’re niggle-free then I’d go with the same for your next pair.

I do think it’s worth getting another gait analysis done at some stage in the future and you’ll probably know yourself when this is. For example, if you start having aches and niggles for no reason.
