So today I went to get my gain analysis and new trainers, Iβve had numb toe on my left foot on my last 2 5K runs... google said that my trainers are to tight π
Upon the treadmill I got and the lovely young man said that my running form is great π and that I donβt run outside of my feet or inside either π. Was odd to watch my feet running ππΌββοΈ
I tried on a few pairs and left the shop with these beauties in a size 8!!! all other shoes are 6.5 π
Canβt wait for my next run ππΌββοΈ
Can't beat a new pair of shoes to make you run faster (and hopefully more comfortably).
I only own one pair at a time. I will leave it to the professional hardcore shoe addicts in this group to do more oooing and ahhhing. And probably discuss your lacing pattern and things like locking heels in with the extra hole (I am merely on the fringe of understanding).
