My usual 2 mile walk to the gym feeling positive for my 8k run.

Set the treadmill up and off I go Oh No 0.8 in and the joggers trots sets in.

Stop the treadmill off to the loo

Start again this time I set a programme for a run through the Mojave desert.

2k in boy do I feel thirsty must be this desert, my pace seems ok running slow as recommended.

58minutes in blinking treadmill about to stop only done 6k jog on the spot whilst I set it going again.

Back in the desert did 2.2k then a steady walk for 1k.

Splits 10.94 10.05 10.05 9.50 9.50 9.05 8.49 7.39.

2 mile walk back home

Well done, do you have a screen on that treadmill or so if you say you run in the desert? I used to have these DVD's with walking routes on it like in a forest or between rice fields or so. Bought a music stand to put my laptop on to play the DVD's. But I run so little on my treadmill, that I sold the music stand as it took too much place. So IF I want to use my treadmill now, it with looking at a door...

It's the treadmill at the gym and yes its got various routes through forests and mountains, but the desert is the longest one it does 60 mins
