I was out for my early morning jog/walk at 6.15/, 9 degrees so ver pleasant and never saw a soul tosay good morning to. My 8km was 1 min run with 5 mins walk but slow jogged the last 4 km. My time was 1 hour 12 pace of 8.55 m/k and my 5 km time of 43:37. Not very fast but not out of breath and enjoyed it. Back to walking till about midweek and probably do 1 min run/5 walk , just the odd days jogging. Got some achievements On Strava and VO2 max liked as well.

That was a nice run/walk for you today Doris8, well done π, after my 25th parkrun yesterday, this morning I went for a 10K walk, according to Mapmywalk I walked 13,134 steps in a time of 1:51:41 and burnt 537 calories.
43 minutes for 5K is very very nice for walking most! I need a tad more than 40 minutes to reach 5K with 4min30 run / 0 min 30 walk! You must walk VERY fast!!
I wAs out early walk this morning 4 km in ti me of 38.39 just walking pace of 9.37 m/k working out at 15 min mile. I do walk brisk even when I do my run walks .
