70 min / 8 km

Hiya,

This morning I did the same route as on Tuesday, but I exchanged the beach with the gravel path behind the dunes and then added a bit of road in between the fields. I ended up doing 70 minutes with a couple of photo-stops, reaching 8,19 km, the longest in time and distance ever. Those 10 km are winking at me!

I did have a toxic 10 in regards to my breathing, could not get it to level out until I neared the 10 minutes. But afterwards the run went rather smoothly.

On the gravel path behind the dunes it was hard going at times as it is not level, but goes up and down like small hills. Good for the heart I guess, haha.

I did feel myself slow down after 60 minutes, first time I ever went past 60 minutes and it showed. Nevertheless my heart rate only went in red for 5 seconds, so that is good.

Very happy with this run!
