8.5 km walk

I am back on the IC with strained ribs I think. Back goes tight across where stress fracture and across where bra strap sits. Bra not tight just nerves tighten it, feels like a gorilla squeeze. So back to walking ( not easy doing this but no choice). Might have to stay walking all the time, low impact but going to play it by ear. Takes longer same route but cold needed gloves . Time of 8.50 km is1 hour 27 mins. Mr D did a 10 km Strava challenge this morning in 1:04 mins . Sent for Altra lone peak 5 for walking in and trying to break in house first or to see if I’ll keep. Need the width .

Have a good weekend 😊

So sorry about your strained ribs Doris8, nice walk for you, at least you got out into the fresh air, I also got a walk this morning, around 11K after my 5K parkrun yesterday.

Yes they are, dont really know what’s wrong with ribs but not going anywhere near a hospital and no chance of a doctor. There’s not much u can do about ribs

I was talking to a Dr. friend last night who said research shows that 1 in 5 of us don't develop antibodies to cover. Hospitals will be so busy again, bad news for uncovid problems sadly.

Yes it’s pretty hard. 🙁

Sorry to hear you're on the IC again, strained ribs sounds like a very painful business. Hope it will heal soon! Luckily you can still do the walks.
