Did it: Well after reading some inspirational... - Bridge to 10K
Did it
If you mean by "did it" completed C25K with run 3 of week 9, congratulations 🎊To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked October graduate home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓.
Sorry I must have misled you by my title not been myself lately so must have put it on the wrong link I graduated 3 weeks ago and got my badge dont know why it hasnt shown up thys time.
The did it was in response to a previous post about me losing my mojo I managed to get out of my bed and do a run so I was pleased.
Sorry again
No, you don't need to apologise, you won't see the word Graduate on this forum which is Bridge to 10K unless you have ran a 10K, if you run a 10K the words Graduate10 will appear next to your username, the word GRADUATE is only on the C25K forum for runners who have completed that course.
Ahh I see I think I'm a long way off 10k lol but the support on here is terrific who knows...this time next year for this old girl maybe lol
Well done! And on a Sunday morning too - kudos to you for that!
Well done for going for it! Nice run too! I’m ashamed to say I got up at 8, looked outside and went back to bed for half an hour. Hoping to feel more motivated tomorrow ☺️
It us not uncommon for people to graduate and then feel deflated. Now you are back in the saddle you can consolidate by running 30 minutes 3 times a week. Even 2×30 is better than nothing. Then when you're ready ( or just bored with 3x30 mins!) you can try Bridge to 10K. There is also a more achievable Bridge to 60 minutes plan on there too that many do, including myself, which was a stepping stone to 10K. You've got this.
Is that a 5k in new money? In which case big big congratulations and I'll see you on a Parkrun my friend!
Well done! Hope it was so much fun that it’ll get you out next time as well! We all lose our mojo at times and finding it again is half the fun! Full fun is running again regularly! For me, regular runs (even short ones) give me a permanent runners high! 😄😃Have fun!
