This week ... I did it!

After being so close last week, today I got under 30 minutes.

I really didn’t want to go after a full day at work but once I was out I was determined I was going to go for it.

Looking forward to running at a slower pace later in the week now though.

And thank you for all of your positive comments last week. Definitely helps with the motivation.

Fantastic, I but dream of that speed. Especially well done after a full days work. Relax and celebrate then enjoy some slower runs. Happy running 🤗

Well done on running your first sub 30 minute 5k in a time of 29.40, that is one of those milestone runs if anyone for the first time can run a sub 30 minute 5k, congratulations. 😊 🏃🏾

To get a sub 30 minute 5k a runners average pace per kilometer must be 05:59min/km or less.
