Hi everyone, so this is my first post on the bridge 2 10k, but I have been lurking in the background and reading all your posts for a while.
So early this morning the sun was shining and there was nobody about, I decided today was the day to complete jujuβs magic plan and you know what? I did it!!
It was windier than I expected but I loved every minute! It was just one of those good runs where everything felt right. If youβd have asked me in August when I started C25k if this would have been possible I would have laughed, but it just shows that anything is possible! Thanks to everyone on this forum for keeping me going and to Juju for the magic!!
Stay safe and happy running πββοΈ

10k?!?! What an achievement! Well done! Enjoy that tea. In fact, go all out, you deserve it - have two cups!! βοΈβοΈππ»ππ»ππ»π₯³π₯³π₯³
Very well done to you and congratulations ππππ You should be very proud, itβs a great achievement and one that youβll always remember. Whoop whoop πͺπ
I know what you mean on the progression, Iβm wondering the same. Iβm thinking I will continue to run between 5 & 8k every other day (as long as we are allowed) and do a 10k every other week. What were your thoughts?
That sounds like a solid plan π I have signed up for a HM in September but I am doubtful that it will go ahead to be honest. Do you have anything planned?
