Graduated back in Feb really chuffed but since then I have lost my getupandgo! Had a very, very stressful house move ( drastically downsized hence 15 trips to recycling) just about settled apart from my bed (still waiting for a missing part so mattress on floor ) I work shifts so fitting in runs is sometimes difficult. Did go out last week thinking fresh start new vista etc but still feel rather aimless and no enthusiasm plus should I return to the C25k and start in the middle somewhere?? Do miss Laura in my ear! Have I answered my own question!!!

How long was your recent run? How about doing the Week5 Run3 (20 minute) run from C25K (with Laura or maybe even try Jo) to see if that helps?
Slow jog for 15 mins turned to run back but had cramp so walked home. Did about 5min walk b4 running . Yes think I will get Laura in my ears as programme always made me think about the next run/jog and when I could fit in with shifts. Thanks for replying
