It has been such a great running week. I have done 4 runs, none of them long, but my missing mojo has reappeared at last. Donβt you love Spring running when the weather is so gorgeous ππ
Shake-and-run and I have been for a short break to beautiful Krakow and, although we were only travelling with hand luggage, we managed to squeeze in our running kit (of course π) Where the town walls used to encircle the Old Town, there is now a park, so on Tuesday morning we went off for a 5.5k sightseeing run before brekkie, stopping to take photos every couple of hundred metres π I stayed at her house on Wednesday night and we met up with TailChaser at 7.00am on Thursday for a 4k in Stratford. Thursday evening was my 2nd run (6.5k)with the Nettleham Trotters running club, then this morning parkrun at Market Rasen. Slight panic when I realised I had forgotten my barcode, but a quick call to Mr S and a photo on my phone and #48 complete π₯³π

It is so nice to run in different places with different people and in sunny weather. Radosc zycia indeed (even if Google would prefer radish sucks ππ)
Iβm glad you still managed to get away Sandie, and how lovely it looks too.
You have definitely got your running mojo back , and I think spring running makes such a difference to our mood. That red T-shirt has got your name on it now.
Iβve sent you a link to the running achievements app which includes a parkrun barcode, but if you are not iOS, others are available.
Ah youβre doing better than me! Iβm in Lille for a mini break and meant to run in the park today, but my legs are so tired from getting here yesterday and walking miles Iβve decided it will have to be tomorrow. Enjoy your day! π
