I have been assiduously doing lower back exercises since Sunday and using a spiky ball (fantastic!)
My back was fine, my calves were fine. This time I had a bit of a niggle outside my left ankle.
I suppose I will get these as I work my way back.
45'15'' so not too bad. It seemed really slow for a long time (deliberately so for a while) so I was not disappointed. I will try my first 9K on Saturday but will stop earlier if I feel any pain.
