Just done my fastest 5K!

After a crap night where sleep evaded me and the cat chose to recline and not move i missed my 6am slot as zzz happened finally. I decided should still run so donned my new moisture wick garments added a tee to cover the snug of foncy runnings garments and went out. My playlist gave the right tunes at the right time and plodded along merrily singing as I went. Got home and the strava showed fastest 5 k and other personal bests achievements so very pleased but most pleased that my pace is slowly improving. Is it the moisture wick snug garments? They are definitely better than decorating leggings and holey tee.

Such a good feeling when you run after a bad night and it goes really well!

I know I am so pleased I went rather than fester in bed.

So well done especially after a poor night. Think that you may have had a wonderful if cold morning to enjoy as well. :)

Well done Capt Frey, keeping the streets safe again in that fancy gear and achieving personal bests at the same time 👊

Thank you. I was most impressed that my running blouse had holes to tuck my thumbs through. Who knew such marvels existed
