My bright pink shoes, my bright pink jacket, my leggings with the hole in the calf...all worn by a stranger who drove to the local park and ran their first 10k...hang about! That stranger was me!
An entirely different person from the one who embarked on a running journey five months ago, with that first step of the C25K programme.
A fitter person, a happier person, a stronger person, a much more injured person!
And the keystone in all of this has been all of the wonderful support on this forum, so thank you so very much for being with me on this journey.
Happy running!

Tip: sometimes they come up on Amazon Wardrobe which allows you to try them for size at home with free returns. Your longest toe should be barelyΒΉ touching the end of the end of the shoe. They don't go by normal shoe sizes.
Me too ! π 5 of the ladies I work with have completed C25k on my recommendation, I bought each of them a medalπ to mark the occasion ππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
