I’ve had my old running shoes (ASICS) for over a year and used them to do C25k and I’ve managed 10 miles recently 👍They were so comfortable and springy but looked worn around the ankles so I decided to get another pair of ASICS but a different model (I didn’t fancy bright pink again!)
I wore them for the first time today. They didn’t feel as springy. I felt like I struggled and just did 6k. I’m wondering (and hoping😬) that maybe they increase spring with wear? I can’t remember this problem before as when I got my first pair of running shoes I was only running for a few minutes at a time.
