See through leggings!

Hello all, I've been trying to find some thermal leggings that won't break the bank. I ordered a lovely pair from Start Fitness and was delighted with them, until I tried them on. They are completely see through! I know I just asked for bra recommendations (thank you all!), but if anyone has recently bought some thermal leggings at a reasonable price, please share!!

I have a pair of Kalenji ones from Decathlon. Really inexpensive but do the job. This winter I've also bought some spin shorts that I can wear under my ordinary leggings because I sometimes get a cold. 🍑

Works a treat!

Thanks. Decathalon have some nice looking ones, but none in my size!

I have winter leggings from Sturdy by Design. £36.99, kept me snug in -3°C a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely not see-through.

Will have a look 😊

See through leggings are not what you need. I have run warm long sleeve tops from Decathlon. This link is for the leggings. 😊😊decathlon.co.uk/p/run-warm-...

Thanks, I looked at Decathalon, but they didn't have my size... Maybe I've left it too late 😭

I have those ones, they’re really nice. I’m a 12, when they they came, they were marked L and 16!! But they were ok. I should have ordered a 10 maybe. I find Decathon sizing difficult.

I'm a 10 & they had a 12. Worth a try?

I don't think I have the same ones, but I have a pair of warm winter leggings from Decathlon. Ordered my size and they were too narrow on the thighs. Exchanged them for 1 size bigger and they fit perfectly. The waist is a bit big, but mine have these ropes in the waistband that you can tighten.

They’ll probably be a little big, but there is a drawstring. Without that, they wouldn’t stay up. Might be worth a try, you can always send them back! I think I was a 10 when I ordered them as I’d lost a lot of weight. I wear them for every run at the moment and really like them. The pocket at the back isn’t big enough for my mobile, by the way.

No idea how I manage, been in them right through the ice and wind of winter. Do need my thermal gloves though🤣

The thermal ones I have are Sub Sports brand. You want to avoid light colours. They make them for ladies, too. 😉

Thanks, the see through ones were sub sports!

Probably one of the thinner ones, then. I've got grey and black in their "cold" range.

Their RX range is practically see-through white, IIRC.

I got some great gear from sportshoes.com. Top brands but with great discounts, presumably old season stuff.

I got a pair of Asics thermal compression tights, £35ish. (Supposedly worth £70ish?!) Love them. Soft, snug, comfy and 100% squat proof 🍑

Sugarpocket on Amazon - nice sturdy fabric and best of all, they have POCKETS!

I have some compression leggings from Sainsbury’s, they are quite thick and warm and they smooth out the lumpy bits!!

Hi I get my stuff from M&S still too plump for sporty type brands. They are good and hide your pants.
